Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, deploy, and support of our Sail Point File Access Manager (FAM) software that is part of our Provisioning & Identity Management product suite.
- Work with our business partners, Integration consultants, and internal teams to drive the integration and onboarding of systems and applications on our Sail Point FAM platform.
- Work with our Governance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Technology partners to develop our FAM Provisioning & Identity Management strategy and technology roadmaps.
- Understand business, application, and security requirements for FAM Provisioning & Identity Management services and translate these into technical specifications. Produce enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs to meet these requirements.
- Be our Subject Matter Expert on Sail Point FAM and provide technical consultation to application owners on best practices and standardization when integrating with Sail Point platform.
- Ensure successful execution of our engineering projects and solutions in collaboration with operations, information security, architecture, and project managers.
- Serve as third and last line of escalation point for FAM IAM Services and supporting utilities. Provide application support, in-depth investigation and troubleshooting for issues that cannot be resolved by tier one and two support.
- Work with vendors to resolve application,
software and hardware issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain system documentation for FAM Sail Point and affiliated technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Create support documents and provide training to support and operations team as required.
- Oversee the work performed by external consultants, review design and code and receive/retain the knowledge
- Research and put forward new recommendations to create, automate and improve processes.
Technical & Professional Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in the implementation, administration, configuration and support of Sail Point File Access Manager and supporting technologies.
- Experience in integrating Sail Point FAM in a large corporate environment
- Strong understanding of user life cycle, rules, lifecycle events and provisioning workflows etc. to enable the engineering and onboarding of systems and applications on the Sail Point FAM software.
- Working knowledge of IAM industry standards & protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, Oauth, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.
- Engineering and integration experience with the following technologies:
- Strong Programming skills (Java, Bean Shell, JSP/Servlets, PERL,
Unix Shell scripts, Batch, Powershell, VB Script, SQL, PL/SQL, Python, etc.) in a Dev Ops environment
- Multiple operating systems, such as UNIX, Windows, Linux, AIX etc.
- Web technologies (Web Services, RESTful API frameworks, Application servers like Tomcat/JBoss, JSON etc.)
- Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Single Sign On, MFA, SCIM, and Federation
- Directory integration including Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directories
- Automation and/or scripting skills
- Must have a working knowledge of virtualization (e.g. VMware, HyperV) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies, monitoring, and support best practices.
- Have a good understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management, security and audit compliance.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration and support of Sail Point FAM software
- 10+ years of technical experience working with multiple 3rd party IAM solution in a fast-paced complex global environment with a demonstrable record of engineering, developing, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems.
- Robust, coordination, and interpersonal skills as this role require significant interaction with different teams across the organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify and explain technical issues into understandable business language.
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)
