Objective Proactively monitor, manage, and de‑risk the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of all materials and equipment in alignment with project schedules, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supplier Monitoring — Track and manage the progress of all executed purchase orders, including engineering deliverables, documentation, manufacturing, inspections, testing, and final shipment readiness.
- Schedule Adherence — Monitor vendor production schedules and project timelines, identifying risks early and driving corrective actions to maintain on‑time delivery.
- Communication & Coordination — Maintain clear, consistent communication with suppliers, internal project teams (engineering, quality, logistics, supply chain), and the client regarding expediting status, issues, and shipment readiness.
- Documentation & Reporting — Validate delivery status in Maximo, maintain accurate records, and prepare consolidated weekly and monthly expediting reports for stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution & Mitigation — Escalate non‑conformances, delays,



or critical issues promptly and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Quality Control Interface — Coordinate with QC and third‑party inspection agencies to ensure inspections occur as scheduled and NCRs are resolved efficiently.
- Logistics & Delivery — Work with logistics teams to support delivery in accordance with PO terms and Incoterms, ensuring packing lists and export documentation are complete and accurate.
- PO Close‑Out — Follow up on shortages, damages, and outstanding deliverables, ensuring all issues are resolved and purchase orders are properly closed.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain within EPC, oil & gas, mining, or large industrial project environments.
- Robust understanding of procurement processes, supply chain operations, and quality management principles.
- Proficiency with expediting tools, production schedules (e.g., Gantt charts), and reporting templates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor‑management skills.
