We are seeking experiencedWelders/Fabricatorsto join ourmorning shift team. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build skids/base frames and structural frames of all sizes.
- PerformFluxcore (FCAW)welding (validCWB Flat Fluxcore ticket required).
- Fit and weld according toblueprint drawings.
- Use equipment such as grinders, torches, chop saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
- Conduct stainless steel MIG wire welding for heat exchangers.
- Perform aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal welding.
- Participate in allsafety meetingsand follow company safety protocols.
- Maintain high-quality, consistent welds (primarily in flat position).
Requirements
- ValidCWB Flat Fluxcore ticket(minimum).
- Fitting experienceand blueprint reading ability.
- GMAW experience (asset).
- Must be registered or willing to register with theAlberta Apprenticeship Board.
- Red Seal Journeyman not required but an asset.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production, and QC inspection process.
- WHMIS and OSSA training (asset).
- Robust judgment, focus, and ability to work in a team environment.
