Position Summary

The Machinistis responsible forsetting up,operating, and programming CNC machines to produce precision components.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up andoperateHaas CNC Mills and Lathes for precision production runs.

- Program and edit using Fusion 360and orMastercam,



G-code, and CAD/CAM software.

- Perform in-process and final inspections to verify tight tolerances and quality standards.

- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues to reduce downtime.

- Maintain machines and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area.

- Collaborate with fellow operators and share best practices to improve workflow.

Qualifications

- Red Seal Machinist Certification or equivalent recognized credential.

- Strong CNC machining experience including setup, operation, and programming.

- Solid understanding of inspection tools, measurement methods, and quality control processes.

- Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dependable in meeting production requirements.

- Physically capable of lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.

- Strong communicationskills and a team-oriented mindset.
