Role Description

We are seeking a full time Shipping Coordinator to join our team on-site at our location in Victoriaville, QC. The Shipping Coordinator will oversee daily shipping and receiving tasks, manage inventory, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, verifying orders, managing export processes, inventory control, and operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, to fulfill distribution needs efficiently.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and familiarity with Export procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Experience in Forklift Operation and the safe handling of goods
- Knowledge of Inventory Control processes to track and manage stock accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role is considered an asset
