You will facilitate training and presentations, guiding staff on HR principles and practices. Required experience includes a solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and applicable laws. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee full cycle employee onboarding and off-boarding • Support management with HR training initiatives • Abide by HR policies and collective agreements • Assist with performance management and employee relations • Facilitate presentations on HR policies and procedures Requirements: • Minimum two years in a human resources role • Strong knowledge of HR functions and legislation • Experience in health care preferred • Competent in recruitment, training, and development • Familiarity with compensation and perks management Enhance employee experience by integrating HR best practices in onboarding and engagement activities efficiently.
