Key Responsibilities:
• Manage insurance defense files from beginning to end
• Prepare and conduct motions, trials, and mediations
• Draft legal opinions, pleadings, and affidavits

• Liaise effectively with adjusters and claims teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) required
• Minimum 10 years of insurance litigation experience
