Key Responsibilities:
• Manage real estate files from listing to closing
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and submitted on time
• Communicate with clients, agents, and service providers




• Track deadlines and closing requirements
• Assist with marketing coordination and listing launches
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of real estate administration or transaction experience
• Strong understanding of real estate processes and paperwork
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Excel in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all transactions and workflows progress seamlessly.
