About The Role

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Manager to build and scale a high-impact YouTube creator ecosystem while growing a best-in-class affiliate program.

This role sits at the intersection of creator partnerships, performance marketing, and content-driven commerce . The primary focus will be recruiting and managing YouTube creators who can authentically introduce products to highly engaged audiences.

You will develop and execute the strategy for building a network of trusted creators, while also expanding and optimizing an established affiliate channel that drives meaningful revenue for the business.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy , enjoys building relationships with content creators, and is excited about scaling partnerships that drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Own

Build a YouTube Creator Partnership Ecosystem

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact YouTube creators
- Develop partnership structures including affiliate agreements, hybrid deals, and sponsorship collaborations
- Manage creator relationships end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, and campaign execution
- Review creator content to ensure alignment with messaging, brand standards, and performance goals
- Build long-term relationships with creators and their management teams

Scale and Optimize the Affiliate Channel

- Manage and grow an established affiliate program generating significant recurring revenue
- Maintain relationships with existing publisher partners and identify new opportunities across content, search, and discovery platforms




- Optimize commission structures, campaigns, and partner incentives to drive incremental growth
- Expand partnerships with high-quality publishers and performance partners

Performance, Analytics & Growth

- Track and analyze creator and affiliate performance across attribution platforms
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS
- Translate performance insights into clear action plans and growth experiments
- Develop repeatable frameworks for creator recruitment, onboarding, and activation

Content Activation & Campaign Support

- Lead product seeding and creator campaign briefings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creators have access to strong product education, creative assets, and promotional offers
- Help creators produce authentic content that resonates with their audience

Program Integrity & Best Practices

- Maintain strong program governance, including partner compliance and brand alignment
- Ensure high-quality partnerships and guard against low-quality or fraudulent affiliate activity
- Continuously refine best practices for creator partnerships and affiliate program performance

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or growth marketing
- Experience working with YouTube creators or content-driven partnerships
- Proven ability to recruit, manage, and grow performance-based partnerships

Skills & Mindset

- Strong understanding of the creator economy and YouTube ecosystem
- Comfortable conducting outbound creator outreach and relationship building




- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with creators and partners
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously

Tools & Platforms (Helpful but Not Required)

Experience with performance marketing and attribution platforms such as:

- Amazon Attribution
- Affiliate tracking platforms
- SEO and content discovery tools
- Creator partnership platforms
