Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor residents' health and safety
• Collaborate with staff for effective resident care

Requirements:
• Current CRNA Registration and CPR Certification
• Minimum one year of experience in palliative care
• Solid emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights
