In this customer-centric role, you'll oversee onboarding for current users, focusing on personalized 1:1 interactions. Your efforts will enable practitioners to thrive from the start by delivering seamless setup and aligning with their specific goals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help enhance the onboarding process while contributing valuable insights to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
• Partner with clients to achieve quick time-to-value
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements efficiently
• Support live group onboarding sessions as needed
• Identify and address onboarding challenges with solutions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Customer Support or similar role
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer success tools
• Empathetic communicator adaptable to various needs
