Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with OTC product inquiries
• Maintain patient confidentiality per Privacy Act
• Maximize department sales with managerial guidance
• Rotate stock and remove expired products
• Ensure pricing accuracy with zero errors
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills essential
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules
• High attention to detail for pricing
• Ability to follow Privacy Act guidelines
• Familiarity with retail inventory management preferred
