Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of support workers effectively
• Deputize for Home and Registered Managers
• Ensure children are protected from harm
• Demonstrate compliance with policies and legislation
• Implement assessment and intervention methods
Requirements:
• Proven experience in children’s care management
• Strong commitment to safeguarding children
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must pass an enhanced DBS check
• Experience working with disabilities preferred
