In this role as a Payroll Administrator, utilize your 3-5 years of experience with full-cycle payroll duties. Responsibilities include coordinating bi-weekly payroll, reconciling time balances, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements. You'll also analyze payroll-related accounts, calculate adjustments, and engage with Human Resources for comprehensive payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees
• Calculate and reconcile vacation and sick leave balances
• Review payroll payments for compliance with regulations
• Analyze various payroll-related general ledger accounts
• Prepare year-end payroll processing, including T4s
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in full-cycle payroll functions
• 2-year College Diploma in Business or Accounting
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification is a plus
• Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll software
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
