This full-time position focuses on enhancing client outcomes through tailored job search and retention plans. You'll develop personalized strategies, coach clients one-on-one, and lead creative job finding initiatives. Build relationships with clients and employers while leveraging market insights to streamline the job search process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized Job Search Plans for clients
• Coach clients in one-on-one and group settings
• Facilitate Job Finding Clubs and similar initiatives
• Create Job Retention Plans to support sustained employment
• Provide on-the-job coaching and workplace solutions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in employment services or counseling
• Experience working with Indigenous communities
• Strong knowledge of Indigenous culture and practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management
