About This Opportunity

Executrade is excited to announce our partnership with a Toronto-based client seeking a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and company procedures. This individual should be proactive, demonstrate commitment to integrity and honesty, be skilled in Procore, and be devoted to achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager , your responsibilities will include:

1. Implement quality control processes to meet company and client standards.
2. Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Oversee all construction project aspects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Procore.
5. Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
6. Serve as the primary communication link between on-site teams and the Project Manager.
7. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for timely material delivery.
8. Identify and resolve on-site challenges to minimize disruptions.
9.



Conduct daily progress reviews and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

1. Proficiency in Procore software is a must for project scheduling, documentation, and communication.
2. Must demonstrate honesty, integrity and accountability
3. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
5. Robust problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
