Become an integral part of our Claims team as an Accident Benefits Claims Specialist. This role focuses on investigating, negotiating, and resolving complex automobile claims with a client-centric approach.
As a Claims Specialist, you will utilize your expertise in Accident Benefits (AB) claims handling to make impactful decisions and support clients. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including treatment providers and employers, to develop and monitor case management plans. Elevate your communication and analytical skills while contributing to a culture of excellence in claims service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and interpret complex AB claims
• Negotiate resolutions autonomously
• Collaborate with clients and care providers




• Manage complex files in litigation and ADR
• Coach and support team members
Requirements:
• 3+ years in P&C; liability claims handling
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Open to CIP or Medical Rehabilitation designation
• Understanding of accident perks insurance is an asset
• Provincial adjuster's license may be required
