In this role, you will coordinate a proactive production team, monitoring outputs and addressing any inefficiencies on the floor. Your leadership will involve hands-on participation, providing guidance to team members while assessing their performance to maintain high standards. Effective collaboration with day leaders and management will be key to resolving bottlenecks promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor workflow using TV systems at workstations
• Assess team performance against required standards
• Identify and address production bottlenecks
• Ensure quality assurance for packed and shipped orders
• Coordinate team members for optimal task allocation
