Full Circle is seeking an experienced Operational Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and drive improvements across HSE, reliability, productivity, and manufacturing excellence. This role is a key member of the site leadership team and reports directly to the Site Director.

What you’ll do

- Lead and develop the operational maintenance organization
- Own site maintenance performance: safety, quality, cost, uptime, and reliability
- Manage reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive LEAN, continuous improvement, and zero-defect initiatives
- Oversee MRO strategy, critical spares, and storehouse inventory
- Lead within a unionized workforce and partner cross-functionally with reliability, operations,



and shutdown teams

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of maintenance, engineering, and leadership experience
- Chemical or process manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Proven union leadership experience
- Robust communicator with a hands‑on, results‑driven leadership style
