Provide compassionate nursing care as a Registered Practical Nurse. Support residents in a fulfilling environment while ensuring adherence to care policies and effective communication with families.
In this part-time, permanent role, you'll play an essential part in delivering nursing care to seniors. Report to the Director of Care while supervising Personal Support Workers and ensuring quality assessments and adjustments to resident care plans. Your commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere will enhance the lives of residents as you build meaningful connections with them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per established policies and plans
• Ensure excellent personal care and resident comfort




• Foster effective communication within the care team
• Supervise nursing staff and support workers
• Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' health
Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health preferred
• Good judgment and risk identification skills
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Explicit Vulnerable Sector Check required
