You will also play a key role in analyzing operating expenses and advising property managers on budget preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lease agreements through Yardi software
• Create monthly financial reporting packages for properties
• Handle cash receipts and support collection strategies
• Assist during month-end closing processes
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank and general ledger
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial property accounting
• Proficient in year-end recoveries and budgeting
• Required expertise in Yardi Voyager
• Solid analytical and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with mentorship abilities
