- Provide and explain benefit enrollment information while confirming eligibility
- Manage inbound customer service calls and inquiries
- Return calls and follow up with clients in a timely,
skilled manner
- Respond to coverage requests while prioritizing clients’ needs and best interests
- Design personalized coverage options using a structured needs analysis system
- Stay informed on new products, services, and company updates through ongoing training and leadership support
