Drive successful M&A; integrations as an experienced Project Manager. Oversee sensitive projects utilizing waterfall methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to meet strategic objectives.
This role focuses on the planning, execution, and closure of vital integration projects. You will coordinate efforts across Treasury, HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ideal candidates will show a strong project management background and possess superior communication skills to navigate complexities of acquisition integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for integration scope and deliverables
• Track milestones, ensuring alignment with integration strategy




• Facilitate integration meetings and document key decisions
• Manage stakeholder communication across organizations
Requirements:
• 4+ years project management experience in complex settings
• Project Management certification preferred (PMP or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management and adaptability skills
• Experience in technical project environments is a plus
• Bilingual in French/English is an asset
