We are looking for an Affiliate & Marketing Manager to join our small team. This is a hybrid position and a new role for us - we look forward to shaping it into the ideal position for our successful candidate.
Your main responsibility will be building, launching, and scaling a dedicated affiliate program primarily for stylists in our curly hair care niche. Marketing strategy planning and implementation is also required. You will be making marketing decisions for the business with support from our team and the agency that runs our social media ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Build from Scratch: Use your experience with affiliate software tools to set up our program’s infrastructure and tracking.
- Stylist Contact: Find stylists that fit our ideal partner and reach out to them, providing them with information on the opportunity and all support required to launch their own successful program with us.
- Stylist and Affiliate Success Coaching: Conduct regular check-ins to help stylists maximize their personal revenue through our platform and provide them with information on upcoming promotions, etc.
- Relationship Management: Maintain communication through online (email, social) and offline (calls, events) methods.
- Strategic Growth and Advertising: Identify top-performing stylists and provide them with the resources they need to scale their program. Determine and implement marketing plans across platforms including digital ads, offline ads (radio etc.), and email.
- Goals and Reporting: Set and monitor KPIs and report on them regularly.
Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Experience: Proven track record managing an affiliate program or building one from the ground up (preferred).
- Tech-Fluent: Expert-level comfort with affiliate management software and data reporting.
- Marketer: Experience running a variety of online and offline marketing campaigns and the ability to quickly make decisions on what is working and what isn't using business data.
- Industry Savvy: A passion for or experience in the beauty industry would be beneficial.
Graphic design experience is not required for this role.
