We’re partnering with a well-established and growing firm in the financial services space to find a Portfolio Administrator to join their Calgary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with investment professionals, supporting client portfolios, and building a long-term career in wealth or asset management.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Portfolio Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration and client servicing
- Preparing client reporting packages, performance summaries, and investment documentation
- Processing trades, account updates, and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Assisting with onboarding current client accounts and maintaining existing relationships
- Liaising with internal teams and custodians to resolve discrepancies or inquiries
- Monitoring portfolios to ensure compliance with mandates and internal guidelines
Qualifications
- 1–5+ years of experience in a portfolio administration, investment operations, or wealth management support role
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio structures
- Experience with portfolio management systems or trading platforms is an asset
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset
- Progress toward or completion of CSC, CFA, or similar designations is considered an asset
