In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational aspects of technical teams involved in power systems operations. The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring project quality, safety compliance, and effective communication with crew members. Key duties include supporting engineering decisions, overseeing daily task assignments, and incident response coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead crews to achieve safety and compliance goals
• Manage daily project scope execution and reviews
• Conduct equipment usage inspections and assessments
• Review and approve daily timesheets
• Participate in safety and job analysis activities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Electrical Commissioning and Maintenance roles
• Certified Electrical Engineer or Power Systems Electrician
• Strong knowledge of IED models and safety processes
• Ability to prioritize tasks in agile settings
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
