• Guide and coach on Deal Desk functions and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve systemic issues
• Analyze team workload for balanced case distribution

• Monitor deal cycle times and booking accuracy
Requirements:
• 7+ years in Deal Desk & Revenue Operations
• Strong SaaS pricing and revenue recognition knowledge
• Experience supporting cloud marketplace transactions preferred
• Mastery of CRM and CPQ systems
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
