Expect to collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to enhance manufacturing processes and support new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CNC programming and machining efficiency improvements
• Mentor and develop CNC programmers and machinists
• Standardize programming practices and methodologies




• Analyze cycle times for optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturability
Requirements:
• 10+ years in CNC machining and programming
• 5+ years optimizing CNC programs for efficiency
• Proficient in multi-axis programming and GibbsCAM
• Solid understanding of GD&T; and technical drawings
• Red Seal Journeyman Machinist or equivalent preferred
