• Serve as primary contact for service providers
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Facilities Management or related fields
• 3-5 years experience in facilities management
• Proven skills in contractor coordination and compliance adherence
• Knowledge of safety ordinances and legislative guidelines
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
