In this remote role, you'll leverage a solid background in HR technology, honing skills in system analysis and enhancement delivery. Your responsibilities will include identifying requirements, advocating for improvement projects, and ensuring accurate updates across the platform. Collaborate with diverse teams to influence Workday configurations and drive self-service adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze system issues and propose enhancement solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project success
• Manage ticket backlog to prioritize incidents effectively




• Represent business needs in Workday configuration discussions
• Collaborate globally to align on HR priorities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HR tech experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and incident resolution
• Experience in delivering system improvements
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for development
• Understanding of AI tools to enhance HR processes
