ServiceNow SecOps Developer / Architect (Contract)
Location: Anywhere in Canada with the ability to work EST hours
Engagement: Full-time contract (Immediate start through August, with potential extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Overview
Millenilink is partnering with a large consulting organization working with an enterprise end client to add specific ServiceNow expertise to their team. We are seeking 2–3 hands-on ServiceNow specialists (Developers and/or Architects) with robust experience in Security Operations (SecOps) and/or Performance Analytics.
This is a delivery-focused role within a mature engineering environment. You will work alongside an established internal team, including a Chief Architect and senior engineers, focusing on building, configuring, and enhancing a highly customized ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Focus on either:
Security Operations (SecOps): Vulnerability Response, Threat & Risk Intelligence, and related modules OR
Performance Analytics: Dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and analytics
- Work within a heavily customized ServiceNow environment and quickly adapt to client-specific frameworks
- Implement configurations, integrations, workflows, and customizations based on defined requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal architecture and engineering teams, following established standards
- Translate complex requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
- Ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to secure development practices
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience ServiceNow SecOps or Performance Analytics Development or Architecture experience
- Strong ServiceNow fundamentals:
- Configuration, scripting, workflows, tables, ACLs
- Platform architecture and best practices
- Multiple implementations of either:
- Security Operations (e.g., Vulnerability Response, Threat & Risk modules)
- Performance Analytics (indicators, dashboards, scorecards)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to understand nuanced discussions
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts
- Comfortable working as an execution-focused contributor within a structured team environment
- Ability to ramp quickly in a customized ServiceNow environment (Beyond out of the box)

- ServiceNow certifications:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- CIS Certification
- SecOps-related certifications
- Performance Analytics certification
