- Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. (Salary Only, No Commission)

About The Role

The Senior Client Account Manager is one of the most consequential roles at CAYK. This person owns the relationship with our Strategic Accounts, our largest and most complex client partnerships, and they bring the confidence of someone who understands what real marketing can accomplish at scale. These clients are not looking for a coordinator to relay messages and book check-ins. They are looking for a strategist, a communicator, a trusted advisor, and a leader who shows up to every conversation ready to think at the level their business actually needs.

They are investing in integrated marketing programs that span digital and real-world channels, and they expect the person managing their account to have the vision to guide those programs forward. This role sets the strategic direction, communicates it clearly, and leads the internal team that brings it to life, all while making each client feel like the most important partner in the room because, frankly, they are.

What You Will Do

Account Strategy and Leadership

- Own the strategic vision for each Strategic Account by developing integrated marketing plans that align with the client's business goals and reflect fluency across both digital and traditional channels.
- Lead quarterly and annual strategy sessions with clients,



presenting data-driven recommendations and big-picture ideas that keep programs evolving and results trending in the right direction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic Account clients, building relationships that are genuinely consultative and grounded in trust rather than transactional status updates.
- Identify growth opportunities within each account by spotting where additional investment will drive meaningful results, not just additional revenue for CAYK.

Client Communication & Reporting

- Present performance data in a way that connects directly to business outcomes, translating campaign metrics into revenue language that clients actually care about.
- Facilitate monthly strategy calls that feel like collaborative planning sessions rather than status updates, complete with a clear agenda, meaningful insights, and actionable next steps.
- Anticipate client questions, concerns, and priorities before they are raised, arriving to every conversation with answers rather than follow-up actions.
- Navigate difficult conversations with honesty and confidence, delivering feedback or hard truths in a way that reinforces trust rather than erodes it.

Client Onboarding

- Lead new Strategic Account clients through CAYK's structured onboarding program, a planned series of sessions designed to build alignment, establish trust, and demonstrate the value of their investment from day one.
- Facilitate Kickoff sessions with confidence and clarity, introducing clients to their dedicated team, walking through subscribed services, and conducting deep discovery to ensure the strategy being built reflects a genuine understanding of their business.
- Guide clients through subsequent onboarding sessions covering strategy development, creative and messaging review, pre-launch approval, and post-launch check-in, ensuring each conversation moves both the relationship and the program meaningfully forward.
- Set and reinforce realistic expectations throughout onboarding, helping clients understand timelines, campaign learning phases, and what success looks like at each stage of their program.

Internal Team Leadership





- Lead CAYK's internal specialists across SEO, PPC, creative, and development to ensure their work is strategically aligned and consistently executed to the standard these accounts demand.
- Brief the team with clarity and context, ensuring every specialist understands not just what they are building, but why it matters and how it fits into the larger program.
- Set the quality bar for deliverables and hold it firmly, reviewing work through the lens of the client's goals before anything leaves the building.

What You Bring

- 8 or more years in a marketing strategy, account management, or senior client-facing role within a full-service agency or integrated marketing environment.
- You are confident, relationship-driven, and naturally positioned as a marketing expert in every client interaction, with the strategic chops to translate growth goals into programs clients genuinely want to invest in.
- You have genuine business acumen, meaning you understand the operational realities your clients are navigating and you can articulate how marketing investment connects to the outcomes that actually move the needle for their business.
- Demonstrated expertise across paid media, SEO, creative strategy, and traditional advertising channels, with the ability to connect these disciplines into a cohesive, results-driven program.
- A track record of building integrated marketing strategies for complex clients, thinking across channels, timelines, and business goals simultaneously rather than in silos.
- Exceptional ability to present ideas, lead conversations, and distill complex strategies into explicit, compelling language for both clients and internal teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and holding them accountable to a high standard without micromanaging the process.
