Oversee stamping press production as a Press Operations Lead. Ensure safe, productive metal component manufacturing by coordinating daily activities, monitoring operations, and troubleshooting equipment.
In this role, you'll supervise and enhance press line operations within manufacturing. With at least 1+ years of hands-on experience, your responsibilities include scheduling work, coordinating with Production and Quality teams, and monitoring automated systems. You'll be essential in maintaining production efficiency while enforcing safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee stamping press line operations
• Schedule daily work activities with teams
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and adjust operations




• Monitor performance to identify inefficiencies
• Support preventive maintenance activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 1+ years in stamping or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of PLC systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of ISO standards and IATF16949
