Experience : 7+
We are looking for a System Support Analyst with solid P and C insurance knowledge and API support experience to handle production issues and support policy systems
? Support policy systems and resolve production issues
? Analyze APIs logs and perform root cause analysis
? Write SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
? Work closely with business and engineering teams in Agile setup
? Maintain documentation including SOPs and runbooks
Must Have Skills
✔ Strong P and C insurance domain knowledge policy coverage workflows
✔ Experience in production or system support
✔ Hands on API integration and troubleshooting
✔ Strong SQL skills for data analysis
✔ Experience with Agile JIRA and Confluence
