Lead customer service excellence as a Retail Store Coordinator. Inspire your team to create outstanding shopping experiences while managing operational priorities in a rapid-paced retail environment.
In this leadership role, you will enhance customer satisfaction through effective visual merchandising and execution of store operations. You will train Associates on service policies and ensure a collaborative team atmosphere. With 1-2 years of retail experience, you can leverage your operational understanding to drive performance and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive operational excellence in merchandising and customer service
• Maintain high customer service standards and store operations
• Plan, prioritize, and guide team tasks and training




• Develop Associates in service and merchandise presentation
• Create engaging merchandise displays to enhance brand appeal
Requirements:
• 1-2 years retail or service experience
