Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate resident care services and evaluations
• Oversee compliance with health standards
• Lead quality improvement initiatives across sites
• Maintain relationships with regulatory and government bodies
• Direct auditing and management of care data
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Alberta
• 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience
• Experience with gerontological care settings
• Knowledge of RAI 2.0 and mental health issues
• Certification in Gerontology preferred
