Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert troubleshooting for IT support tickets
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards
• Monitor system integrity and security compliance
• Oversee maintenance of server and network environments
• Support VoIP systems and wildfire infrastructure
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Familiar with IT ticketing systems and endpoint security
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is beneficial
• Robust communication skills across technical audiences
