Lead HR functions as a People and Culture Manager. Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and daily HR operations to create an engaging work setting.
This role emphasizes managing employee initiatives and collaborating with managers for effective HR practices. You will facilitate recruitment processes, handle employee inquiries, and support performance reviews while maintaining compliance with employment standards. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience and strengthening workplace culture through various engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Address employee inquiries and conflict resolution




• Support performance review cycles and documentation
• Plan employee engagement surveys and analyze results
• Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience required
• CPHR designation preferred or in progress
• Knowledge of BC and Alberta employment standards
• Experience with HR systems like HiBob
• Proven track record in running engagement surveys
