Join the manufacturing team as an Assembly Associate focused on quality control. Earn $20.00 per hour on a day shift from 7am to 3:30pm in a secure environment.
This position requires motivation and an eye for detail, ensuring products meet high-quality standards. You will sand, cut, assemble, and inspect units for conformity to specifications. Full-time hours are available, with paid training provided to help you succeed in your role on indoor and outdoor recycling bin projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut and prepare materials for assembly
• Assemble subassemblies and final units
• Ensure quality through inspections
• Assist with CNC equipment operation
• Help with packaging and shipping items
Requirements:
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
• Previous experience in woodworking or similar fields
• Strong positive attitude towards work
• Readiness to collaborate with team members
• Skilled in meeting production timelines
