Our client, the City of Percé , is looking for a Director General to join their welcoming team.

Reporting to the City Council, the incumbent serves as the City’s chief administrative officer and is responsible for the effective management of the municipal organization. The Director General ensures the implementation of the Council’s policies and provides leadership in achieving the Town’s mission, objectives, and values.

- A university degree in public administration, business administration, urban planning, finance, law, municipal management, or any other relevant field
- 5 to 8 years of significant management experience in the municipal sector
- Relevant experience in team management, budget management, and organizational governance
- Experience managing unionized staff
- Proficiency with computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite
- Positive understanding of financial, budgetary, and contractual management principles
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
