As a Senior Principal Project Planner, you will spearhead the planning and scheduling functions for large-scale EPC and EPCM projects. This role demands strategic insight and extensive experience in developing integrated schedules while collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary teams. Your ability to facilitate planning sessions and align engineering and procurement processes will be critical in driving project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop integrated EPC/EPCM schedules for capital projects
• Facilitate workshops to secure schedule ownership
• Provide strategies during proposal and execution phases
• Align engineering schedules with procurement timelines
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and simulations
Requirements:
• 15+ years in major EPC projects
• Advanced know-how of Primavera P6
• Degree in engineering or related field
• PMI-SP, PMP or AACE PSP certification preferred
• Proven leadership in planning and scheduling
