Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of health and welfare programs
• Process benefit enrollments and life changes in systems
• Provide assistance to employees on benefits eligibility
• Support open enrollment activities and communications
• Coordinate with vendors for accurate billing and compliance
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in benefits administration
• Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, and FMLA regulations
• Proficiency in data management and HRIS
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
