Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, this role will provide support with document management, file organization, and general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining exposure to how commercial marketing teams operate in a fast-paced setting. You will work closely with Marketing Analysts and other team members to ensure documents are accurate, organized, and easily accessible, while also supporting day-to-day team activities.**Responsibilities:*** Organize Marketing files in Teams,



SharePoint, and shared drives.* Apply file naming standards and help keep documents accurate and up to date.* Assist with filing confirmations and agreements.* Support document migration and basic document control activities.* Help with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.* Work closely with Marketing analysts* Assist with new software testing and implementation.**Qualifications:*** Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, or a related field.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.**Work Schedule**This is a temporary summer position running from May to August 2026, with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.**Work Environment**This role is based in our Calgary TD office.**Great things aren’t done by one person, they’re done by a team.**We believe meaningful results come from people with unwavering commitment to **integrity, energy, and intelligence** – how we show up matters just as much as what we deliver.
