- Working closely with processing plant Control Room Operators, as well as operations and maintenance teams, to safely maximize production and product quality
- Reporting accurate operational information to ensure informed decision‑making across the value chain

About You

- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

- Experience in an industrial environment, with a preference for experience in iron ore or mineral processing
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment, where decisions are made to remove constraints and optimize processes
- A working knowledge of instrumentation and process control systems
- A strong commitment to safety

- Previous experience in process control, as well as in autogenous grinding, gravity separation, magnetic separation, filtration, flotation, thickening, and iron ore pelletizing, is considered an asset
- We encourage women and indigenous candidates to apply

What We Offer

- A work environment where safety is always the number one priority
- Career development & education assistance to further your technical or leadership ambitions
- A competitive base salary reflective of your skills and experience with annual incentive program
- Ongoing access to family‑friendly health and medical programs, pension and savings plans
