In this impactful role, you will partner with senior leaders, facilitating decision-making by synthesizing information and managing day-to-day operations with confidence. Your ability to handle sensitive material with discretion will be essential as you prepare presentations and conduct follow-ups, ensuring accountability across various projects and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and refine executive communications and materials
• Organize meetings, ensuring focused decision-making
• Coordinate travel and manage executive correspondence effectively




• Build relationships as the liaison to stakeholders
• Support special projects with detailed tracking and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years supporting executives
• Background in high-volume, rapid-paced environments
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong organizational abilities and judgment
• Committed to confidentiality in sensitive matters
