What You will Do: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality, performance, and security of our software products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for both frontend and backend systems, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for frontend (React) and backend (Spring Boot) applications. Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, performance, load, and security testing. Support in the configuration and management of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Develop and implement QA policies and procedures in collaboration with department leads. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, REST-Assured, Swagger, and Karate DSL. Perform database validation and manipulation using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document,
and resolve software defects. Ensure mobile and cross-platform compatibility through rigorous testing. Maintain version control using Git and ensure code quality through peer reviews and automated checks. Skills & Knowledge Requirements: Automation & Testing Tools: Backend: Selenium, Mockito, SpringTest, TestRestTemplate, JUnit API Testing: Postman, REST-Assured, Swagger, JMeter, SoapUI, Karate DSL (Gherkin) Performance & Load Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner (optional) Programming & Scripting: Familiarity with Gherkin syntax for BDD Strong understanding of JSON and XML formats DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Kubernetes Services (AKS) Familiarity with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions Familiarity with MongoDB Query Language (MQL) Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Robust communication and collaboration abilities Detail-oriented with a passion for quality Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in QA/QC.
