Key Responsibilities:
• Design intervention plans tailored to individual needs
• Train and support front-line teams in implementation
• Provide advocacy and skill training to individuals
• Conduct community education to enhance awareness
• Partner with organizations to share best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent
• Experience with developmental disabilities mandatory
• Preferred experience with complex dual diagnosis
• Familiarity with ABA practices is beneficial
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
