The role emphasizes monitoring compliance with governance regulations and HIPAA while fostering a culture of quality improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead compliance with COA accreditation and licensing standards
• Conduct audits and compliance reviews regularly
• Collaborate on creating accurate data collection methods
• Develop performance reports based on program outcomes
• Train staff on quality improvement practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health/admin, or a related sector
• At least three years in quality assurance or compliance
• Familiarity with Medicaid regulations essential
• Experience in health or human services preferred
• Solid analytical and data interpretation skills required
