As a recent graduate, you’ll lead the Recent Product Introduction (NPI) process, managing projects from concept to market. Your role involves coordinating teams across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless product transfers and adherence to strict schedules. You'll also monitor legacy product updates and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance processes continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage NPI projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate production line transfers between facilities

Requirements:
• New graduate in Process or Industrial Engineering
• High academic performance; above average GPA required
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
