Support water and wastewater project proposals as an Engineer-In-Training. Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced workplace to produce competitive, high-quality proposals and technical documents.
In this role, you will assist in developing and executing bid packages in various sectors, including industrial and municipal. Your focus will include reviewing RFPs and RFQs, extracting critical information, and supporting project development activities. You will thrive in this detail-driven position, ensuring alignment with technical requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review RFPs and technical bid packages
• Develop technical proposal content and scope definitions
• Assist with cost estimating and project development
• Coordinate with vendors for specifications and pricing
• Maintain organized records of bid submissions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
• Registered or eligible as Engineer-In-Training
• 0–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
